Our therapists offer a variety of services: individual, couples, and family therapy in a variety of settings, including: office, home, school, community, and telehealth.
Individual Therapy --the process by which clients work one-on-one with a licensed mental health professional in a safe, caring, non-judgmental environment to help the client increase his/her understand of thoughts, feelings, and behaviors and help the individual develop healthier, more effective ways to manage stress, interpersonal difficulties, daily life stressors, and other mental health concerns.
Family Therapy--a type of counseling where family members come together to work on resolving conflict and improving communication. Other goals of family therapy include: solving family problems, working together to understand difficulty family situations, and create a healthier, more functional home environment.
Couple's Therapy--Couples therapy is designed to help couples learn to express their feelings, improve communication, and resolve conflict. Couples therapy can help increase respect, understanding, affection and intimacy between partners and create a more loving, healthier relationship.

Targeted Case Management is a valuable service that helps provide additional support to clients and their family as well as help them access needed community resources. Targeted Case Management goals are specific to the individual client. Essentially, case management is putting feet to therapy. Case managers help remove the various barriers that make utilizing what is learned in therapy difficult in real life. By removing these barriers and reducing stress within the client's environment, the case manager, helps the client and their family create and environment that is conducive to incorporating what is learned in therapy to help the individual become the healthiest, happiness, and most successful individual possible.
FamilyWorks Therapy is happy to provide therapy services free of charge to individuals who are uninsured or under insured. Our internship students provide individual, couples, and family therapy to those who qualify for said services. Intern therapists are still graduate students working toward their degree in Mental health counseling.
